Mint Macaroni Salad

Ingredients to make Mint Macaroni Salad

  • Macaroni – 80 gm
  • fresh sweet corn – 50 gm
  • cabbage– 50 gm
  • olive oil – 1 tea spoon
  • fresh cream (malai) – 1 ½ cup
  • greeted cheese – 1 or 2 tea spoon
  • mint leaves – 20 gm
  • black pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
  • salt as per taste.

How to make Mint Macaroni Salad

  1. Pour some water into the macaroni bowl and keep it into the microwave until well cooked. After that separate the water.
  2. Cut finely chopped cabbage and mint leaves.
  3. Pour an olive oil into the sweet corn and cabbage bowl and mix it well and keep into the microwave for little hot (1-2 min)
  4. After take another bowl and add macaroni, sweet corn, cabbage, mint leaves, fresh cream, black pepper powder and salt mix it well.
  5. Arrange all mixers in the plate garnish with cheese and stuff into little mint leaves and serve.
