Ingredients to make Rose lassi

  • Thick curd 1 and 1/2 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • sugar 2 tablespoon
  • rose syrup 3 tablespoon
  • chopped nuts 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes few

How to make Rose lassi

  1. Add curd, chilled water, rose syrup and sugar in a blender and blend well.
  2. Blend all until it forms like smoothie, check sugar if you require more than add more sugar.
  3. Now take the lassi and pour in to glasses and add ice cubes if required.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts like badam and pista.
