Ingredients to make HOME MADE CREAM CHEESE

  • 1 litre milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Muslin Cloth

How to make HOME MADE CREAM CHEESE

  1. Take 1 litre of milk in a pan
  2. Bring it to boil
  3. Then add lemon juice
  4. The milk will be curdled
  5. Strain the curdled milk in a muslin cloth
  6. Wash the curdled milk under running water to get rid of the lemon flavour
  7. Then take the curdled milk in a mixer grinder and add curd to it
  8. Blend it into smooth paste
  9. Pour the mixture again in the muslin cloth
  10. Hang the muslin cloth till the water completely gets out of the mixture
  11. cream cheese is ready
My Tip: Use home made curd if possible
