Ingredients to make Doughnut

  • Maida 1 1/4 cup
  • Sugar powdered 1/2 cup +1/4 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Curd as required
  • Cocoa powder 2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Pista few pieces chopped

How to make Doughnut

  1. Whisk the curd properly to a smooth consistency.
  2. Take maida, baking powder, sugar 1/2 cup and butter and then prepare the dough with the help of curd.
  3. Rest the dough until the dough rises.
  4. Prepare the doughnut and then heat oil in kadhai and then fry the pieces on slow flame.
  5. Take cocoa powder and add water to form thick paste and then add rest sugar powder and mix well.
  6. Coat the fried doughnuts with coco syrup prepared and sprinkle sugar powder and pista.
  7. Serve.

My Tip:

Fry on slow flame only so that doughnut cooks properly.
