Ingredients to make Doughnut

  • Maida 1 1/4cup
  • Sugar powdered 1/2 cup +1/4cup
  • Butter 1/2cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Curd as required
  • Coco powder 2tsp
  • Water as required
  • Pista few pieces chopped

How to make Doughnut

  1. Step 1- Whisk the curd properly to a smooth consistency.
  2. Step 2- Take maida, baking powder, sugar 1/2 cup and butter and then prepare the dough with the help of curd.
  3. Step 3- Rest the dough until the dough rises.
  4. Step 4- Prepare the doughnut and then heat oil in kadhai and then fry the pieces on slow flame.
  5. Step 5- Take coco powder and add water to form thick paste and then add rest sugar powder and mix well.
  6. Step 6- Coat the fried doughnuts with coco syrup prepared and sprinkle sugar powder and pista.
  7. Step 7- Serve.
My Tip: Fry on slow flame only so that doughnut cooks properly.
