Ingredients to make Buttet milk

  • Curd 200 gm
  • Water 2 1/2 glass
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 2 spring
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbspn
  • Ajwain or roasted ajwain powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Pudina leaves (optional)
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil half tbspn

How to make Buttet milk

  1. Take a curd in a vessel and beat till a smooth consistency.
  2. Add water.
  3. Add salt roasted jeera powder and mix well.
  4. Take oil in tadka pan add oil ajwain & curry leaves and fry for second.
  5. Pour this tadka in butter milk.
  6. Add coriander leaves pudina & lemon juice in it & mix well. Serve chill.
My Tip: If u don't want to add oil you can use roasted ajwain powder instead of ajwain. Don't make butter milk too thick.
