  • Boiled potato 4
  • peanuts power 4 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • curd 250 ml
  • salt as taste
  • sugar 1/2 tablespoon

  1. Mash potato and add in that peanuts powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Prepare a dough and make small balls with them
  3. Now heat up appam maker and add gee
  4. Keep prepared balls in appam maker rost for 3 mints from one and turned up and roast from other side till turned into brown.
  5. Now prepare curd so beat curd with salt sugar and cumin seed powder now soak roasted balls in prepared curd and garnish with cumin seeds powder.
