Chikpea Salad with Potato Wedges

Ingredients to make Chikpea Salad with Potato Wedges

  • Potatoes - 3
  • Chikpeas - 1 bowl
  • Coriander- 50 gm
  • Lemon - 1
  • Chat Masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Oregano flakes 1 tbsp

How to make Chikpea Salad with Potato Wedges

  1. Soak the chikpeas overnight
  2. Boil the chikpeas and potatoes in one go in pressure cooker
  3. When boiled, strain chikpeas and keep aside
  4. Peel the potatoes when comes in normal temperature
  5. Peel them and slice them
  6. Add salt, 1 tbsp chat masala, ginger powder, garlic powder, oregano flakes in it and mix well
  7. Now air fry the potatoes for 5-7 minutes at 160 degree temperature
  8. In the mean time, pull apart the coriander leaves
  9. Wash them and chop finely
  10. In a pan, add chikpeas and chopped coriander
  11. Add salt and chat masala
  12. Mix well
  13. Take out the potato wedges out of air fryer
  14. Add the fried potato wedges in chikpeas
  15. Sprinkle lemon juice on it
  16. Mix well and serve
  17. Have a bite of potato wedges with chikpeas will make you forget everything.
