Ingredients to make Fig smoothie

  • Fig 100 gram
  • Curd 200 ml
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar syrup 4 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate syrup 2 tablespoons
  • Rose water 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes 4

How to make Fig smoothie

  1. Decorate glasses with chocolate syrup and till then keep glasses in freezer.
  2. Soaked fig in sugar syrup for 1/2 hour.
  3. Take a jar in that add curd, milk, honey and fig with syrup.
  4. Blend properly. Take out glasses from freezer and gradually add smoothy in it... Now add ice cubes and enjoy.
