Italian Macroni Salad

Ingredients to make Italian Macroni Salad

  • Macaroni 50gms
  • Chopped Bell Peppers Red, Yellow,Green 1 Cup
  • Olive Oil 1tsp
  • Black Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1/2tsp
  • Chilly Flakes 1/2tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1/2tsp
  • Chopped Lettuce 2tbsp
  • Grated Carrot 2tbsp

How to make Italian Macroni Salad

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together macaroni, bell peppers, carrot, lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes Refrigerate for at least 1hours before serving.
My Tip: You can add tofu or paneer cubes also.
