Beetroot Lauki Raita

Ingredients to make Beetroot Lauki Raita

  • 2 cup of grated lauki
  • 1 cup of grated beetroot
  • 1 cup of onions
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tsp of green chillies
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp of ghee
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 cups of curd

How to make Beetroot Lauki Raita

  1. Boil the lauki and keep it aside. Now grind the curd and add ginger, beetroot, lauki, onions and green chillies, salt, coriander leaves.
  2. Now put the tadka with 1 tsp of ghee, add jeera, red chilli powder and turmeric and put the tadka in the raita
  3. Served chilled with Pulav.
