  • water 1/2 cup
  • Berries (any) 1 cup
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

How to make Oatmeal

  1. Mix the oatmeal and water in a bowl
  2. Put on medium heat and cook for 2-3 mins till hot and desired consistency
