Ingredients to make Schezwan fried rice

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables- french beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion
  • Green chillies for spiciness
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Schezwan fried rice

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chillies stir it well.
  2. Add all the vegetables stir it for 1 minute then add schezwan sauce, black pepper and salt
  3. Mix the rice in the pan and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish the rice with spring onion. And serve with Chinese gravy.
