Ingredients to make The Rainbow Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 80-90 gms maida
  • 120 gms-130 powdered sugar
  • Half teaspoon 1/2 vanilla essence
  • 30 gms soft butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to make The Rainbow Cake

  1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk
  2. Then add vanilla essence in egg yolk and butter, then beat it
  3. Beat the egg white and keep it aside
  4. And powdered sugar little by little in the egg yolk and keep on beating it
  5. Then and maida in the egg yolk and baking powder. Then add egg white.
  6. Then do the cut and fold method
  7. Then add the flavors which you want to (I used orange, blue, pink)
  8. Then preheat the oven to 180°degree
  9. Then put then the cake mixture into a greased oven vessel (greased with butter and maida)
  10. Then put it into the oven for about 25 minutes
