Street Style Dahi Aloo Chaat

Ingredients to make Street Style Dahi Aloo Chaat

  • Potatoes 2
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin seed powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Tamarind chutney 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup

How to make Street Style Dahi Aloo Chaat

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes for a whistle.
  2. Let them cool down.
  3. Peel them and dice them.
  4. Heat a non stick pan. Add oil. Add potato pieces and roast them crispy from all sides.
  5. Beat the curd and add sugar.
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds powder to curd and mix well.
  7. Put potato pieces in a bowl.
  8. Pour curd over it.
  9. Spread tamarind chutney.
  10. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
