ABOUT SUBWAY SALAD RECIPE

Veggies & corn in mayonnaise and honey mustard sauce. Subway salad is a healthy and nutritious dish prepared with a lot of vegetables. It is the best breakfast for the diet conscious people. Subway salad is not only healthy but is yummy and mouthwatering at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage - 1 cup
  2. Cucumber - 1 cup
  3. Boiled corn - 1 cup
  4. Mayonnaise - 3 tblsp
  5. Cream - 1 tblsp
  6. Honey mustard sauce- 1 tsp
  7. Lettuce finely chopped - 1 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cucumber, cabbage, lettuce and put it in a bowl.
  2. Now to this add the boiled corn. mix well
  3. Add sugar, salt and mayonnise, cream to the veggies. Mix well
  4. And chill them till served. While serving drizzle a generous amount of honey mustard over the salad.
  5. This salad goes well if stuffed in a bread too.
