Ingredients to make SUBWAY SALAD

  • cabbage - 1 cup
  • cucumber - 1 cup
  • Boiled corn - 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tblsp
  • cream - 1 tblsp
  • Honey mustard sauce- 1 tsp
  • Lettuce finely chopped - 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • sugar - 1 tsp

How to make SUBWAY SALAD

  1. Finely chop the cucumber, cabbage, lettuce and put it in a bowl.
  2. Now to this add the boiled corn. mix well
  3. Add sugar, salt and mayonnise, cream to the veggies. Mix well
  4. And chill them till served. While serving drizzle a generous amount of honey mustard over the salad.
  5. This salad goes well if stuffed in a bread too.
