Ingredients to make Boondi Raita - Hot Summer Favourite

  • 2 cup fresh curd
  • 1 cup fried masala boondi
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp crushed curry leaves
  • salt to taste

How to make Boondi Raita - Hot Summer Favourite

  1. Whisk curd and water in a bowl
  2. Add sugar, jeera powder and red chilli powder to it
  3. Mix well and add roasted crushed curry leaves to it .
  4. Cool it in freeze for 30 min.
  5. Take it out add salt and boondi to it and mix well before serving.
  6. Serve in a bowl by garnishing with curry leaves.

My Tip:

Serve it chill for better taste.
