Ingredients to make Healthy bowl

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanut
  • 1/2 cup roasted channa
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 melon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 2 tbsp grapes
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Sesame seeds
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • For melon orange punch:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • Black salt
  • Mint leaves

How to make Healthy bowl

  1. Cut melon from center into two parts.
  2. Scoop out the melon.
  3. Take a bowl add peanuts, channa.
  4. Chop tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilli.
  5. Put into the bowl.
  6. Add grapes, pomegranate, flax seeds, sesame seeds.
  7. Take another bowl add chutney, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt , chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and mix well.
  8. Add this dressing into the mixture of peanuts and channa.
  9. Mix well. Add coriander and mint to it.
  10. Now take the scooped melon bowl and fill it with this salad.
  11. On top garnish it with few melon balls.
  12. For melon orange punch....
  13. Cut cucumber into two parts.
  14. Scoop cucumber pulp in a bowl.
  15. Add remaining melon balls into it.
  16. Peel orange and cut it into small pieces.
  17. Add into the bowl.
  18. Mix cucumber pulp, orange pieces, melon balls, mint and black salt.
  19. Muddle it till it comes together.
  20. Add ice and lemon juice to it.
  21. Now pour into the cucumber glasses that we scooped earlier.
  22. Garnish it with mint.
