- Eggs- 4
- Onion- 1 medium
- Tomato- 1
- Pineapple- 1 slice
- Few pieces of black olives
- Few pieces of green olives
- Finely cut coriander- a handful
- Few basil leaves
- Yoghurt- 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper as per taste
- Cut the onion and tomato finely.
- Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper in it.
- Mix coriander some black olives into the egg mixture and set aside.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and make omelettes in the desired shape
- Serve omelette in a plate with pineapple and yoghurt.
