Ingredients to make Rice manchurian

  • FOR BALLS:- 1 bowl rice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (capsicum onion cabbage carrot)
  • 1 spoon maida
  • FOR GRAVY:- 1 1/2 glass water
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 spoon cornflour
  • salt (according to tatse)
  • red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • black pepper 1/4 spoon
  • garlic 15 pieces

How to make Rice manchurian

  1. Put 1 bowl rice and 1/2 bowl vegetables, 1 spoon maida, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix properly.
  2. Make ball from the mixture prepared in step one and deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
  3. Take another bowl. Put corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and water in it and mix properly, avoiding lumps and keep it aside. (You can make changes in the quantity ingredients according to your taste).
  4. In the leftover oil, put chopped garlic and the remaining vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Now put the mixture prepared in step 3 and cook on high flame till the gravy thickens.
  5. After the gravy thickens, turn off the flame. Put the balls in the gravy and cover for 5 minutes.
  6. After five minutes, remove the lid and serve.

Looks really nice :D I love veg manchurian, however can the vinegar amount be lessened?
