Healthy and easy homemade Greek yogurt , mildly sweetened .Can be used in other recipes also, like cake or salad or lassi or can be taken as a healthy dessert .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 200 ml
  2. Low fat milk powder any 2-3 tsp
  3. Honey 1 tsp
  4. Vanilla extract 1 -2 tsp
  5. Active yogurt culture 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk
  2. Now let it cooled down for 7-8 mins, it should be little warm, not in room temperature
  3. Now mix honey and vanilla extract
  4. Add yogurt culture, yogurt culture should be in room temperature
  5. Slowly mix the yogurt culture very well, don't whisk
  6. Now cover and keep in a warm place for 10-12 hrs
  7. Once the yogurt is set keep inside the fridge for 2 hours
  8. Garnish with fruits and nuts
  9. Serve chilled
