Ingredients to make Mango dream delight

  • 1 tin condensed milk (sweet milk)
  • 1 glass thick chilled yogurt
  • 1 pkt fresh cream 8 ounces
  • 1 pkt of mango jelly crystal (any brand)
  • 1 tin fruit cocktail without its syrup
  • Coloring vermicelli boiled 3 tbsp
  • ½ cup fresh mango chunks
  • Fresh glazed cherries halved 3 tbsp

How to make Mango dream delight

  1. In a bowl soak 1 tbsp gelantin with ¼ cup of water and melt in microwave for 30 sec only
  2. In a bowl put 1 glass of thick chilled yogurt. Then put in 1 tin condensed milk (sweet milk). And put in it 1 pkt fresh cream 8 ounces. Beat with electric beater. Beat nicely then put in 1 pkt of mango jelly crystal and beat again
  3. Add in it the soaked and melted gelatin 1 tbsp, mix nicely and add in it 1 tin fruit cocktail without its syrup and thus fold the mixture
  4. Now add coloring vermicelli boiled of about 3 tbsp. Mix nicely
  5. At this point just fold do not use any electric beater
  6. Pour in a serving dish and decorate with boiled coloring vermicelli, fresh mango chunks, fresh glazed cherries halved.
  7. Let it set in fridge for 2-3 hrs. Serve chilled
