DAHI VERMICELLI

Ingredients to make DAHI VERMICELLI

  • Vermicelli roasted 1 packet 200 gms
  • Curd 1 small bowl
  • Sarso ke dane 1 tsp
  • Kadi patta 5-6 leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Hung curd for garnishing

How to make DAHI VERMICELLI

  1. First boil the vermicelli with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil
  2. Cut all the vegetables vertically. Put some oil, add sarso ke dane, kadi patta and all vegetables
  3. Now add the boiled vermicelli
  4. Add curd
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder and mix it well
  6. Serve it in desired shape and garnish with hung curd
My Tip: We can also add paneer cubes in it
