Peanut Curry- Fast Special (Shengdanyachi usal )

Ingredients to make Peanut Curry- Fast Special (Shengdanyachi usal )

  • Peanuts 1 cup soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup beaten curd
  • 2 green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • 2 cloves
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2 pinches
  • Ghee/ oil 1 tbsp

How to make Peanut Curry- Fast Special (Shengdanyachi usal )

  1. Put green chillis into mortar and crush well with help of pestle.
  2. Heat a kadai, add oil, when oil is hot, add cumin seeds, cloves and stir.
  3. Add crushed green chillies, salt, black pepper powder and stir well.
  4. Add peanuts. Fry well and add the water in which peanuts were soaked. Add coconut also.
  5. Cover with a lid and let it cook on a medium flame.
  6. When peanuts get cooked, add curd and sugar.
  7. Serve in a bowl.
