Ingredients to make LEMON CARAMAL CHEESE CAKE

  • FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup granulated suger
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream,at room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
  • wine_glass:lemon CHEESE CAKE:
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (make ice cube)
  • 1/2 cup cream pinch nutmeg powder (jay fal)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Ice cubes
  • Colored vermicelli for garnishing

How to make LEMON CARAMAL CHEESE CAKE

  1. :wine_glass: Add sugar and water to a pan set over medium heat.
  2. Stir until combined. Do not stir again sugar after has melted, it turns to a light brown color.
  3. Carefully add butter and whisk until all the butter has melted.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and slowly pour in the cream, whisking constantly until all of the cream has been incorporated
  5. Add salt and set aside to cool.
  6. Allow to cool about 5 minutes and then pour into an airtight container for storing in refrigerator.
  7. LEMON CARAMEL CHEESE CAKE:
  8. Blend together all the ingredient in a mixing bowl ..
  9. Whisk all the ingredient.
  10. Now whisk the whip cream and ready for the platting with star nozzle.
  11. First chill the glass then decorate with caramel sauce.
  12. Then pour the mixer of lemon cheese cake, then decorate with whip cream, caramel sauce and vermicelli.. Serve it chilled... :relaxed:
