Very refreshing sandwich

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Two thick ground pieces of watermelon
  2. One cup thick hung curd
  3. Four tbsp sugar or honey
  4. 1/4 cup chopped fresh fruits.....like mango, grapes, pomegranate etc

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd​ in a mixing bowl
  2. Add sugar
  3. Add mix well till smooth paste
  4. Take on piece of watermelon in plate
  5. Spread some hung curd mixer
  6. Put some chopped fruits
  7. Nice cover with second piece of watermelon
  8. Again pour remaining mixture of hung curd on ready sandwich
  9. Now finally put some chopped fruits on top
  10. Serve chilled
  11. Enjoy fruits ka mela sandwich
