White Chickpea, Garlic, Coriander & Chilli Chutney

Ingredients to make White Chickpea, Garlic, Coriander & Chilli Chutney

  • White chickpea 50 gms
  • Garlic 10 pods
  • Green chillies 5-6 (as per choice)
  • Coriander leaves few branches
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp (optional- you may avoid it if you don't like sour chutneys)
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw mustard oil 1 tsp

How to make White Chickpea, Garlic, Coriander & Chilli Chutney

  1. Soak the white chickpeas overnight. Strain it.
  2. Wash the coriander leaves, clean and chop them as per your choice.
  3. Although, stone grinder enhances the original flavor, to cut down the labor and time, you may prefer using the mixer grinder. Add all the ingredients in the mixer grinder and turn it into a fine paste.
  4. Try it with anything of your choice. You will surely like this healthy accompaniment.
