Ingredients to make Luffa and moong daal vegetable.

  • Luffa 750 grms.
  • Moong dal (yellow daal) 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Zeera 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder according to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp

How to make Luffa and moong daal vegetable.

  1. Wash and chop luffa in cubes.
  2. Wash moong dal well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute. Than add zeera and let it splitter.
  4. Add onion, saute. Add all masala.
  5. Now add water, moong daal and luffa cubes in it.
  6. Mix well, add salt and cover the pan. Let it cook well.
  7. Serve with coriander leaves garnishing.
