  • 1 packet khari biscuits
  • 300 gms grated cheese
  • finely chopped chillies (I used both green and birds eye chi

How to make Khari Biscuit Chilli Cheese

  1. Mix the cheese and chillies
  2. In an hot oven put the biscuits for about 1-2 mins. This will make them soft and malleable.
  3. Now you will have to work quickly. Slit the biscuit into two nearly to the edge and carefully stuff the cheese mix in it. Alternately you can separate the biscuit into two and put the cheese mix like in a sandwich or even open.
  4. Put it back in the oven for about 5 mins until you see the cheese starting to melt.
  5. Remove and let it stand for 5 mins before eating or serving.
