Ingredients to make Mix lentil dal tadka

  • 1/2 bowl chana dal
  • 1/2 bowl moong dal
  • 1/2 bowl toor dal
  • Bottle guard 1 chopped
  • Spinach 1/2 bunch
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Curd 2 tbs
  • Long pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch 1/2 tbs
  • Asafotida pinch
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder- 1 tsp
  • Mirchi powder- as per spiciness required
  • Garam masala- 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • For tadka:
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Garlic- 4 pods
  • Red whole chili- 1 no
  • Asafoetida a pinch

How to make Mix lentil dal tadka

  1. Boil all dal and bottle guard together
  2. Then in pan add onion saute it
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, saute
  4. Then then add spinach and and saute until water of spinach becomes dry
  5. Then add tomato, saute it with bit of salt
  6. Add all masala and fry until get aroma
  7. Then add curd and again saute it
  8. Add long and black pepper crushed
  9. Then add the dal. Make it boil with all masala
  10. Then in tadka pan take oil add zeera, mirch, Asafoetida, ghee and add in dal and cover it
  11. Dal is ready this is very healthy and yummy
