Ingredients to make Chenopodium chickpeas cutlet

  • Cocked chickpeas 2 cup
  • Boil potato 1
  • Soaked sogo 1cup
  • Chopped Chenopodium leaves 1 big bowl
  • Garam masaala 1/2tsp
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

  1. Take Cooked chickpeas and boiled potato and mess them ..
  2. Now mix all ingredients except oil in chickpeas and potato mixture n make a dough
  3. Now make small balls from dough n give the shape of cutlet of your choice

  5. Now fry the cutlet in hot oil .. When colour of cutlets become slightly brown ... Take out from oil ..
