Veggie Blast

Ingredients to make Veggie Blast

  • Tomatoes 2,finely chopped
  • Beetroot 1 ,pealed and finely chopped
  • Carrot 2, pealed and finely chopped
  • Cucumber 1 ,pealed and finely chopped
  • sugar 2 tbsp(optional)
  • Chat masala 1/2tsp
  • Ice cubes few
  • Mint leaves 4-5

How to make Veggie Blast

  1. Grind all the veggies together with mint leaves and ice cubes.
  2. Sieve the juice in a vessel.
  3. Add sugar, chat masala and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.
