  • 250 gm Khoya
  • ghee
  • 50 gm semolina
  • sugar for sugar syrup

How to make Gulab Jaamun

  1. First, mix Semolina and Khoya and make a dough.
  2. Keep that dough covered with a cloth for 1 hour.
  3. Make small balls out of the dough.
  4. Fry the balls in ghee on low heat.
  5. Now put the balls in lukewarm sugar syrup.
