Ingredients to make Aamras

  • 2 Alphonso mango
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 8-10 icecubes
  • sugar(as required)
  • saffron strands(5-6)

How to make Aamras

  1. Peel and chopped mangoes.
  2. In a mixture jar, add chopped mangoes, ice cubes, cardamom powder, saffron strands,sugar and milk.
  3. Blend all ingredients well till you get a smooth puree.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with saffron and sprinkle some cardamom powder.
  6. Serve chilled with puris.

My Tip:

You can also add fry drynuts in aamras.
