Ingredients to make Healthy Bread Love Discs

  • Bread -1 packet
  • Pizza spread - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 50 gm
  • Cheese- 1/4 cup
  • For filling ; 1\4 kg moth \moong sprouted
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 boiled potato chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Red chili as per taste
  • Bhuna jeera as per taste.

How to make Healthy Bread Love Discs

  1. Boil sprout and drain and keep aside. Allow it to cool. Now mix all ingredients of the filling. The filling is ready.
  2. Take a circle cookie cutter and cut the bread slices into circles. Keep 1/2 bread circles aside.
  3. Take a slightly smaller cookie cutter and cut the center of the remaining 1/2 bread circles. Keep it ready.
  4. Combine pizza spread and butter.
  5. Spread it over the breads, covering the sides well. Place the love ring on top and press it slightly.
  6. In the center of the love, ring spread the filling till the level of the bread.
  7. Garnish with some grated cheese .
  8. Bake it in a preheated oven for 5 – 7 minutes at 180 d .c until it browns .
  9. Do the same for all pieces.
  10. Serve it hot with sauce.
