Sugar Free Tangy Mango

Ingredients to make Sugar Free Tangy Mango

  • Raw mango - 1 medium size
  • Mango - 1 big mango
  • Water - 3 glass
  • Black pepper - 1/4 spoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chia seeds - 2 tea spoon

How to make Sugar Free Tangy Mango

  1. Wash the mango and raw mango. Peel and chop them into a pieces.
  2. Take a cooker and chopped mango, raw mango and 3 glass of water in it.
  3. Cover the lid and then cook on high flame for 2 or 3 whistles.
  4. Open the lid when mangoes are slightly cool.
  5. Take a hand blender put into the cooker and mix it.
  6. Keep in a refrigerator for 2- 3 hours to make them cool.
  7. When you want to serve then add salt, black pepper and chia seeds in it.
  8. Shake it well and serve
  9. It can be stored for 3 days in a refrigerator.
My Tip: Avoid ice cubes. This is healthy drink and perfect in summer.
