Strawberry Mango Slush

Ingredients to make Strawberry Mango Slush

  • mango pulp- 1 &1/2 cup
  • Strawberry pulp- 1 cup
  • Crushed ice-2 cups
  • ginger juice- 1/2 tea spoon
  • sugar- 7 table spoon
  • Lemon Zest-1/4 tea spoon and Cherry for garnishing,
  • Lemon juice- 1 tea spoon

How to make Strawberry Mango Slush

  1. Take a chilled glass rimmed with honey and powdered sugar.
  2. In a blender put strawberry pulp, 1 cup ice, 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Blend until nicely mixed.
  4. Pour into a glass half filled.
  5. Keep in freezer for 1 hour to chill.
  6. Take the mango pulp. Blend with 1 cup ice, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Bring out the glass from freezer and pour the mango mix over it.
  8. Garnish with cherry and lemon zest.
  9. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

When strawberry is in season make strawberry syrup out of it for later use. I have used the homemade strawberry syrup for this recipe.
