Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Raw mango
  2. 1/2 cup of Powder sugar
  3. 8-10 leaves of Fresh mint
  4. 1 Lemon
  5. 1 Gondhraj lemon (optional)
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Soda water- chilled
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoon Rock salt
  10. Rosted cumin seeds crushed.

Instructions

  1. Wash mint leaves, mango and lemons.
  2. Peel the raw mango and chopped. Used 1/2 pieces of mango and take for 1/2 further use.
  3. Take a pan and heat up. Add sugar and mango for caramelization. When mango turns golden then take off from flame.Cool it
  4. Cut lemons into slice,
  5. Take a glass, add one lemon slice and 1/2 gonghraj slice if you are using this. Some powder sugar according to taste, 3-4 mint leaves and muddle it with spoon. Not much just squeeze lemon juice.
  6. Take a grinding jar and add caramelize raw mango, 5 mint leaves and grind it in just one time for crushed.
  7. Add two spoon of crushed mango in to glass.
  8. Now add salt, roak salt, roasted cumin seed crushed, and ice cubes
  9. Now full glass with chilled soda water and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice.
  10. Serve chilled.
