Ingredients to make Raw Mango Shots (Aam Panna)

  • Raw mango 2
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Salt according to taste
  • Rock salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp

  1. In a pressure cooker take raw mango with 1 cup water and boil till two whistle
  2. Let the mangoes and water cool then peel the mangoes
  3. Take that boiled water and mangoes into a big bowl now mash the mangoes with your hands
  4. Discard the seeds of mangoes and sieve the pulpy liquid with the strainer
  5. Now add sugar in it and mix it well
  6. Now add salt, rock salt and jeera powder and more water for a juicy consistency
  7. Serve it chilled
