Ingredients to make Faux Champagne

  • White grape juice (chilled) - 1 glass
  • Lime cordial / Ginger Ale (chilled) - 1/2 glass
  • Club soda (chilled) - 250 ml

How to make Faux Champagne

  1. Pour the grape juice and the lime cordial in a cocktail shaker and shake well so that they mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the mix equally into the two Champagne Flutes.
  3. Top it up with some club soda to get the bubbly effect. Serve immediately.
My Tip: If you don't get white grape juice in the market, buy some seedless green grapes, wash, blend and strain out the juice.
