Ingredients to make Mango Smoothie With Saffron

  • 2 cup fresh mango juice
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt/Dahi
  • 1/2 Tsp saffron strands/Kesar(optional)
  • 2 tbsp warm milk(for dissolving the saffron strands)
  • 1 tbsp-honey(depends on the sweetness of mango)
  • Few ice cubes
  • Few fresh mint leaves(for garnishing)

How to make Mango Smoothie With Saffron

  1. Wash and peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Meanwhile dissolve the saffron strands in warm milk and keep aside.
  4. Now take the mango juice and mix all the ingredients mention above and blend until smooth.
