  • 1 cup moong dal(soaked &ground)
  • 1 cucumber slice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 potato (boiled)
  • Chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Haldi 1/ 2 tsp
  • Hing a pinch
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Bhujia
  • oil

  1. First mix Hing, Haldi, salt, in moong dal batter.
  2. Now make pancakes with this mixture.
