ABOUT Red Bean Brownies RECIPE

Gooey and perfectly fudgy gluten-free brownies made with red beans!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups cooked red kidney beans (rajma)
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  4. 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 3 tbsp oil
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  8. 120gm melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Grease a round 8- inch pan and set aside
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth for about 1-2 minutes
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
