Ingredients to make Veg Loaded Cheesy Moong Dal Nachos

  • skinless moong dal - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup
  • vegetable - onion, capsicum, tomato, zucchini
  • herbs - rosemary, basil, oregano, paprika, black pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • oil

How to make Veg Loaded Cheesy Moong Dal Nachos

  1. Soak moong dal for 4-5 hours then grind into a smooth paste (keep a little moong dal aside).Make a soft dough using moong dal paste, moong dal grains, wheat flour, salt and a teaspoon oil
  2. Rest the dough for 30 min.Meanwhile cut vegetable. In a pan, take 2 teaspoon oil, saute onions till translucent, add other vegetables a cook for a minute, add salt, herbs, tomato sauce, sugar.
  3. Switch off the flame and add mozzarella cheese. keep aside.heat oil in a pan and rolls the dough, cut nachos and fry.You can also bake it.
  4. Layer the veg. mixture over it, place a layer of mozzarella cheese and nachos.bake at 180 degrees for 15mins.Top with grated cheese and serve hot.

My Tip:

Add some moong dal without grinding into the dough for the crispiness
