Sprout and Peanut Salad
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup sprouted moong beans
- 1/2 cup sprouted whole bengal gram/kala chana
- 1 lime juice extracted
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4th freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
- Mix the peanuts with sprouts in a bowl.
- Sprinkle in the lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss gently till the salad is well coated with seasoning.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
