Sprout and Peanut Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sprouted moong beans
  • 1/2 cup sprouted whole bengal gram/kala chana
  • 1 lime juice extracted
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4th freshly ground black pepper
  • Garnish:-
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Recipe Preparation

  1. Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
  2. Mix the peanuts with sprouts in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in the lime juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss gently till the salad is well coated with seasoning.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
