Strawberry Fruit Cream

Ingredients to make Strawberry Fruit Cream

  • 300 ml - Milk
  • 2 tbs - Strawberry flavour custard powder
  • 3 tbs - Sugar
  • 1 - Banana
  • 1/2 - Apple
  • 1/2 - Orange
  • 10 - 12 - Grapes
  • 2 - Small chikoos
  • 2 tbs - Amul cream

How to make Strawberry Fruit Cream

  1. Mix the custard powder with 2 tbs cold milk and keep aside.
  2. Boil milk and slowly, add custard powder and sugar. Cook on slow heat for 7-8 minutes. Stir constantly. Once done, keep aside.
  3. Cut all the fruits in small pieces. Top the custard bowl with these and keep in the fridge. When ready to serve, top the fruits with cream. Mix well and serve chilled.
My Tip: Cool fruits before cutting.
