Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Jackfruit - Raw or partly ripened -10 pieces (pala sulai)
  2. Chilli powder - 2 tbs
  3. Sesame seeds - 2 tbs
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the jack fruit for 5 minutes then grind to make a smooth paste. Add sesame and chilli powder. Mix.
  2. Make small balls and press it in chapati maker or roll is like a chapati. Keep it in sun for a week to dry the nfry them whenever required in any oil of your choice.
