Coconut Jamun Laddu

Ingredients to make Coconut Jamun Laddu

  • Jamun Pulp - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Dry Fruit Powder - 1/2 Cup
  • Shredded Fresh Coconut - 1 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee - 1 teaspoon

How to make Coconut Jamun Laddu

  1. In a pan heat ghee and add dry fruit powder and roast. Add jamun pulp and cook it till it thickens.
  2. Add shredded coconut and mix well. Cook for some more time and add sugar. Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides and comes together in the center. Make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Take it out on a plate to col and then make round laddus from it. Serve or store in airtight box.
My Tip: Adjust the amount of sugar as per sweetness of jamun. If they are sour and tart, increase the amount of dry fruit powder
