- Hung curd - 4tbspn
- Chilly powder - 1/2 to 1tspn
- Cumin powder - 1/2tspn

- Tandoori colour - little
- Tomato puree or paste - 1 to 2 tspn

- Lemon juice - 2tspn
- MDH Tandoori masala - 1 to 2 tspn
- Salt - according to taste
- For Green Masala:
- Hung curd – 4tbspn
- Coriander leaves - handful
- Mint leaves - handful
- Green chillies – 3 or 4
- Pepper powder – 1/4th tspn
- Garam masala powder - one pinch
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/4th tspn
- Oil – 2tspn
- Salt according to taste.
