Ingredients to make Vada Pav Dry Chutney

  • 30 Cloves - Garlic
  • 2 - Kashmiri Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp - Dry Coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Oil

How to make Vada Pav Dry Chutney

  1. First grind garlic, coconut n whole chilli to make a coarse paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground paste with chilli powder n salt for 5 minutes.
  3. The mixture will dry up. Turn off the gas and let it cool on the counter. Store in a air tight box.

You can adjust the chilli as per your taste.
