Ingredients to make Chicken Breadcrumbs Cutlet

  • Chicken breast pieces - 1/2 kg
  • Potato - 3 Large
  • Sweet corn - 1 Cup
  • Green peas - 1/2 Cup
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (chopped in julienne)
  • French beans - 1/2 cup (chopped in slits)
  • Green chilies - 3-4
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
  • Egg -1
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to make Chicken Breadcrumbs Cutlet

  1. Boil chicken with sufficient water and salt and then shred it. Keep the stock separately.
  2. Boil corn and peas, drain the water and keep aside. Boil the French beans but make sure they are half done. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  3. Add all the vegetables and powders mention in ingredients list and the shredded chicken in mashed potatoes. Mix and add 3 tbsp of chicken stock.
  4. Make patties with the help of your palms. Spread the breadcrumbs in a plate and coat all Patties with it. Whisk egg with salt and dip the cutlet in it.
  5. Heat oil in fry pan and shallow fry all the cutlets. Remove on tissue paper and keep them.
  6. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
